Sleeping arrangements are four bedrooms as follows:

* The master bedroom with one queen & one single bed
* A second bedroom with a queen bed
* A third bedroom with single bunk beds and laundry facilities
* A fourth bedroom with outside access has bunk beds with a double on the bottom plus a separate single bed.
